Health Guarantee
To validate this health guarantee the following conditions must be met:
You are required to take your new puppy for a veterinary examination within 72 business hours after your puppy's arrival time. We recommend having a fecal test preformed at this time.
We must receive a copy of your puppys required veterinary examination within ten days after your puppys arrival date.
You must agree to spay or neuter your puppy when recommended by your veterinarian
Your puppy has been checked by a veterinarian before leaving our farm. Your puppy will come with a complete medical record, health guarantee (see below) and registration papers.
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of all communicable diseases. To the best of our knowledge this puppy is free from any health defect and is the best pet quality available. This puppy is guaranteed against health defects for a period of 7 days from arrival and is guaranteed for congenital problems for 1 year from the date of purchase. This includes severe hip dysplasia that hampers the movement of the dog and its natural gait and that would require surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas, spine and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this 1 year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain the reason. If the reason is congenital, the seller will replace the puppy. The guarantee does not include any injuries or problems the puppy develops due to accidents, negligence and/or abuse by the new owner. We do not guarantee against hypoglycemia, which is also known as low blood sugar or sugar shock.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example, allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders that are similarly not covered by this guarantee. Likewise, certain ailments that are normal to most puppies or caused by seasonal conditions such as, but not limited to the common cold are not covered by this guarantee and are considered normal puppy ailments.
This guarantee does not cover coccidia, giardia, and kennel cough. This can be common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria and magnified by stress. Any physical problem, which is, or could be the result of injury, is not covered under this guarantee. There is no guarantee on the actual mature weight of the puppy. We estimate it based on the current weight of the puppy and its parents weights; however, other factors such as genetics, overall health and diet will also affect mature weight.
Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning and being responsible for a puppy includes trips to the veterinarian and is responsible for all veterinarian related expenses.
The buyer has been made aware that the puppy will be receiving required wormings and vaccinations for its age and weight, since birth. All future wormings and vaccinations are the responsibility of the new owner.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.
A puppy showing serious genetic or congenital defect with the guidelines of this guarantee will be replaced as follows.
• Puppy must show the defect by 1 year of purchase date.
• Seller must be notified of the problem within two business days of the licensed veterinarian determination.
• Seller must also be provided with two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same diagnosis.
• A puppy with a defect must be returned to the seller.
• There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of the show or breeding potentials.
• A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition other than the specified problem at the expense of the buyer.
• This guarantee applies to the original puppy buyer and is non-transferrable to a second party.
• No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred or euthanized without the knowledge of the seller.
• Both parties will mutually agree upon the replacement puppy. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of the original puppy.
• No refunds, in part or in full, will be given.
The health guarantee is null and void if the above terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
