Health Guarantee

I have read the health guarantee in its entirety, which can be found by going to the top of the page under 'About'. I understand that in order to validate it I must take my puppy to the vet within 72 business hours of leaving the Cedar Hill Pups farm. I understand that I must provide Cedar Hill Pups with a copy of the vet visit within ten days of the puppy leaving the farm. I also agree that I will spay or neuter my puppy when recommended by my veterinarian.
